About this Event
In this introduction to clowning for adults, Jessica will encourage you in a supportive environment to laugh and have fun, let go and free up through games, exercises and improvisations with and without a red nose!
Clowning is a state of playfulness that brings us to experience a child-like, naive and open state of being. This approach to clowning is not a technique (tricks, gags and routines) but a personal journey towards reconnecting with one’s playful spirit.
No experience necessary and everything required will be provided.
