LEADERSHIP AND THE CLOWN ARCHETYPE – Emerson, UK

With Lilach Danin Lavee and Vivian Gladwell

Hands 2

Leaders must either invest a reasonable amount of time attending to fears and feelings or squander an unreasonable amount of time trying to manage ineffective and unproductive behaviour
Brene Brown – Dare To Lead

Leadership in our chaotic, turbulent and fast changing world requires new skills and management styles. Research shows that leaders and managers who master emotional skills are far more successful than the old school charismatic ”know – all” managers.

This course offers leaders a practical approach in how to integrate cognitive and emotional skills with self awareness and flexibility.

Through the clown archetype we can explore self-awareness, empathy, non-judgment, listening, trust, and the creativity that arises from letting go of our fears of vulnerability.

This course is for anyone wishing to practice and enlarge their understanding of human relations… and to explore how this knowledge can improve their effectiveness as leaders or managers.
