WITH ALI BOWLER
Lizeth 2A weekend course dedicated to the playful exploration of movement and dance.

Do you feel a bit off balance? Do you bump into yourself? Do you feel a little silly? This is the path of Clown.  Simple, vulnerable, and naive, the clown reminds us to dance lightly through life.

Join us to embark on a personal journey toward your unique way of expressing yourself through curiosity, listening, authentic discovery, and trust.

No experience is required. Our approach to clowning is not a technique—tricks, gags and routines—but a personal journey towards finding one’s unique way of being, by listening and being receptive, essential skills for any creative and imaginative endeavour.

Through clowning, we develop the heart to be who we truly are, to trust life and ourselves.

Class size is limited to 12. Please register early.
