Der Narr lehrt uns, in jedem Moment pr\u00e4sent zu sein und diesen Moment ganz auszukosten. Er macht aus einer Fliege einen Elefanten und vergr\u00f6\u00dfert alles, was in ihm und um ihn herum vorgeht. Durch Blickkontakt ist er in st\u00e4ndiger Beziehung mit seinen Mitspielern und dem Publikum. Diese Herangehensweise an Clownerie ist keine Technik (Zirkus, Tricks, Gags, etc), sondern eine pers\u00f6nliche Reise zu unserer einzigartigen Art, \u201eNarrenfreiheit\u201c zu erleben und auszudr\u00fccken. Die rote Nase ist die kleinste Maske der Welt. Durch die \u201eNarrenfreiheit\u201c unseres inneren Clowns erleben wir Qualit\u00e4ten wie Spontaneit\u00e4t und Freude am Spielen. Der Narr in uns verleiht unserer Vorstellungskraft Fl\u00fcgel, wobei er mit beiden F\u00fc\u00dfen fest auf dem Boden bleibt.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"post-body-645228592152559569\"><a class=\"docs-creator\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nosetonose.info\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/netcatching.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nosetonose.info\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/netcatching.jpg\" alt=\"netcatching\" width=\"192\" height=\"472\" \/><\/a>Clowning: Eine Reise zum Narren in mir<\/h3>\n<div>Auf dem Weg zum Narren in mir werde ich mit mir selbst konfrontiert: Ich bin aus dem Kindesalter herausgewachsen und habe aufgeh\u00f6rt zu spielen. Der Narr in mir fordert meine Spielfreude wieder heraus. Er l\u00e4dt mich ein, geistesgegenw\u00e4rtig und pr\u00e4sent zu sein, damit ich die Welt mit neuen Augen sehen kann. Seine Pr\u00e4senz ist spontan und authentisch &#8211; der Narr plant nicht! Also gibt es einen Narren in mir, der nicht plant&#8230;? Einen, der meine Lachmuskeln kitzelt und mir Tr\u00e4nen in die Augen zaubert? Einen, der sich in Tr\u00e4umen verliert und gleichzeitig mit beiden F\u00fc\u00dfen fest auf dem Boden steht? Der Narr wird im Kontakt mit dem Publikum lebendig &#8211; im Blickkontakt und in der Beziehung zu anderen Menschen gew\u00e4hrt er Einblick in sein grenzenlos paradoxes Wesen. Durch Spiele, \u00dcbungen und Improvisationen wollen wir der Narrenfreiheit ein Fest bereiten. Mut zum SEIN! Das englische Wort &#8220;courage&#8221; (Mut) entstammt dem lateinischen Wort &#8221; cor&#8221; (Herz). Wenn wir an unseren inneren Narren und an unsere Spielfreude ankn\u00fcpfen, k\u00f6nnen wir sowohl in uns selbst als auch in anderen Menschen den Mut (das Herz) dazu entwickeln, zu sein, wer wir wirklich sind. Somit k\u00f6nnen wir uns selbst und dem Leben vertrauen. &#8220;Sich ein Herz fassen&#8221; ist eine innere Entwicklung. Es ist ebenso eine Einladung, die \u00c4ngste abzulegen, welche uns davon abhalten, im &#8220;Hier und Jetzt&#8221; pr\u00e4sent zu sein.<\/div>\n<h3>Den pers\u00f6nlichen und sozialen Aspekten eine Stimme verleihen<\/h3>\n<div class=\"post-body entry-content\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"post-body entry-content\">Clowns\u00a0(Narren) wenden sich stark den pers\u00f6nlichen und sozialen Aspekten in unserem Leben zu. Sie sind keine sprachlosen Pantomimen. In einem Workshop arbeiten wir sowohl mit gesprochener Sprache, als auch mit k\u00f6rpersprache. Clowns scheuen nicht davor zur\u00fcck, dem Publikum in jedem Moment zu zeigen, was sie f\u00fchlen.
