** If we are not in the office you can leave a message and we aim
to call you back within 24 hours. PLEASE, let us know by email if
you have difficulties getting through as we are still testing the
system.
To book
When not paying online you will need to print and complete the booking
form and send it with your deposit cheque to the address given. Make
sure you know the total costs of the course (course fee + accommodation
and meals).
Please send a SEPARATE deposit cheque and booking form for EACH COURSE.
Confirmation of booking
When we receive your application and cheque, we will acknowledge this
by email or by mail (if you do not have email). This will confirm
your place.
Waiting list
If the course is full, we will put you on our waiting list. This means
you get priority when a place becomes available. We will do our best
to put you on the next available course.
Paying online
You can also pay for certain courses online.
Book early
Our commitment to venue costs means we appreciate knowing early how
many will be attending our courses.
Bursaries
We are pleased to be able to offer a few bursaries on our Clown 1
courses - limited number of places available. Priority will be given
to first-timers, to students and to those on low incomes.

get someone if you ring. During out-of-office hours or if we are not
in the office you can leave a message.

PAYMENT TERMS
Cancellation
If you cancel up to 30 days prior to the course we will refund your
deposit. We regret that no refunds can be issued after that time.
In the rare event that we should have to cancel a course we would
let you know 10 days before. We advise you to take out travel insurance
to cover this possibility.
Please remember to budget for your board and accommodation costs,
which are usually separate from our tuition fees.
As groups are limited to 12 people, places will be allocated in
the order received.
