BOOKING
ON A COURSE
To book online
Booking online is easy, safe and fast. Find the course or courses
below you wish to book and click on Add to cart
and then proceed to checkout (scroll to the
top of the list to see the checkout option).
Your payment will only be accepted if there are places available.
Once payment has been accepted, we will notify you to confirm your
place on the course. Do not assume you are booked on the course
until Nose to Nose confirms your place.
If you have any questions, please email us or complete the online
booking form.
Other ways of booking
We will then send you further instructions on how to pay.
Make sure you know the total costs of the course (course fee +
accommodation and meals).
Confirmation of booking
When we receive your payment, we will acknowledge this by email or
by mail (if you do not have email). This will confirm your place.
Waiting list
If the course is full, we will put you on our waiting list. This means
you get priority when a place becomes available. We will do our best
to put you on the next available course.
Book early
Our commitment to venue costs means we appreciate knowing early how
many will be attending our courses.
Bursaries
We are pleased to be able to offer a few bursaries on our Clown 1
courses - limited number of places available. Priority will be given
to first-timers, to students and to those on low incomes.

PAYMENT TERMS
Cancellation
If you cancel up to 30 days prior to the course we will refund your
deposit. We regret that no refunds can be issued after that time.
In the rare event that we should have to cancel a course we would
let you know 10 days before. We advise you to take out travel insurance
to cover this possibility.
Please remember to budget for your board and accommodation costs,
which are usually separate from our tuition fees.
As groups are limited to 12 people, places will be allocated in
the order received.
